Derek St. Holmes has rejoined Ted Nugent's band. He remained in Nugent's band until 1978 and can be heard on such Nugent classics as 1975's Ted Nugent , 1976's Free-For-All, 1977's Cat Scratch Fever and the classic 1978 album, Double Live Gonzo!
