Legendary New Orleans, LA metal titans Down will enter the studio today, May 11th, to begin recording new music according to a message from guitarist Kirk WIndstein's official face book page:
"JUST GOT BACK FROM PHIL'S LAIR; THE NEW DOWN RECORDING BEGINS TOMORROW!!!!!!! KIRK"
New material may be released in 4 seperate EPs instead of the traditional album format. The band recently finihsed up a breif US tour with Pat Bruders handling bass guitar duties in place of Rex Brown. The status of Rex Brown as a member of Down is not known at this time.
